Hi. I'm Andrew.
I’m driven by understanding what makes people tick; and navigating that tricky intersection between user experience and business. For 13 years, I’ve worked in user research in some form or other -- from large quantitative surveys for a wide range of technology and finance companies that inform strategy, to small, frequent, user interviews that inform iteration on complex user flows.
On the research front, I’m highly experienced in collecting and activating high quality qualitative and quantitative data -- so that insights are structured, valid, and actionable, within the constraints of budget and timeline. This means that I work to ensure research saves stakeholders time and money, by generating better user hypotheses, that lead to greater value for the users.
